Since the mid seventies, A. Abboud & Associates have been
rendering legal services to public and private companies both
local and international as well as to private individuals and
professional firms.
We believe that through both our local and international experience
and contacts we can better understand the business needs of
our clients and therefore provide professional advice, plan,
assist in and implement local and international transactions
efficiently and economically, particularly through the close
relationship we maintain with many of our counterparts overseas.
Due to our profound expertise in various fields of the law,
members of the firm have served on numerous governmental and
parliamentary committees, and have contributed to local and
international business and legal journals. We place particular
emphasis not only on the quality of the service we provide but
also on the celerity required to meet business needs in fast
moving international markets.
Because of the nature of our work and of our particular environment,
our legal staff composed of 16 members - 12 lawyers and 4 paralegals
- is not divided into separate departments. A lead partner is
appointed for each client, seconded by a team of appropriate
size and competence. This multi-disciplinary approach provides
our clients with the benefit of the firm's overall experience,
dedication and cost effective service.
