Alain is specialized in mergers, acquisitions and restructuring.

He speaks fluently English, French, Spanish and Arabic, and has obtained a Masters Degree at the University of Paris XI and a specialization diploma (DESS) in Tours (France) in International Commercial Law.

Alain has initially acquired his experience at Withers, Maitland Hudson Eastwood, at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison and at Archibald Andersen. He has an extensive practice in strategic and commercial negotiations through his experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, LBO, MBO, LMBO and commercial partnerships. He assists Anglo-American, European, and Middle-Eastern clients working in the areas of industry, banking, insurance, real estate and venture capital.
