Me. Wakim was admitted to the Beirut Bar Association in 1993, he is involved in a wide range of corporate matters as well as various litigation files. He has a wide expertise in the formation of companies, joint ventures, commercial and financial contracts and banking operations. He also has in depth experience in commercial representation, franchise, construction and employment contracts as well as information technology.

Me. Wakim received his License en Droit Libanais from the Faculté de Droit of the St. Joseph University in Beirut. He also received his Diplôme d’Etudes Supérieures in private law (D.E.S) and his Diplôme d’Etudes Approfondies (D.E.A) in banking and financial markets law from the same University.
