Me. Azar Joined the Beirut Bar Association in 2004 and the Firm in 2005.
She focuses her practice on a wide range of corporate and association matters e.g. the registration of subsidiaries for foreign companies or associations, the provision of legal opinion on corporate day-to-day operations, the drafting and reviewing of different types of agreements (e.g. leasing, employment agreements, commercial representations, Joint ventures, franchise, license agreements etc.)
Me. Azar handles as well various litigation files.
Me. Azar received her License Libanaise en Droit from Saint - Joseph University, Faculty of Law and Political Sciences (L.L.B) and her Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the Ecole Supérieure des Affaires (ESA) of Beirut (pôle associé de ESCP-EAP) where she chose as a subject for her final paper “The use of Islamic financial instruments in the structuring of Real Estate Projects: International experience and applicability in Lebanon”.
In addition, Me. Azar has participated in different training programs and workshops: in 2003, at the Legal Department of the Lebanese Central Bank and in 2006 she participated in the Commercial Diplomacy Workshop: “Lebanon’s Role in the Globalization of Trade in the 21st Century”.
