Mr. Chahine focuses his practice on a wide scope of tax and fiscal counseling.
He is the Managing Partner of Taxperts.

Mr. Chahine was from 1999 to 2003 the Head of the Tax and Accounting Department at Ernst & Young in Beirut. He formerly was the tax advisor of the Minister of Finance from 1998 to 1999.

Mr. Chahine lectures on the Lebanese Taxes at the American University of Beirut (executive-mba program) and has been since 1995 the lead instructor at Becker Conviser in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Beirut lecturing the CPA, CIA, CFA and CMA courses.

Mr. Chahine received the Bachelor in Business Administration (B.B.A.) and his Masters of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the American University of Beirut. He is also a Certified Public Accountant at the State of New York Board and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
