Professional Experience:
1962 - 1984 practiced as Associate in the Law Offices of Albert Laham, Beirut - Lebanon.

Resident counsel in Beirut, Lebanon for the American Law Firm of Kirkwood, Kaplan, Russin & Vecchi - Washington D.C.

From December 1984 until December 1998, Deputy General Director of State Security.

December 1998 to date, resumed law practice as Associate in the Law Offices of A. Abboud & Associates.

Special Experience :
Counseled and participated directly in the reorganization of the Government of Dubai in the capacity as coordinator of the consulting team Scandiaconsult (Sweden) and Associated Business Consultants S.A.L. (Lebanon).
